  • If you do not see your file attached and listed below the green box after selecting a file, it means that you chose an invalid file type.   Only types  .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif  files are allowed for the Photo upload.  
  • Please upload ONLY ONE FILE. It will allow you to attach more than one, but please only upload one photo or your entry will be disqualified!

Please upload a video of yourself (no more than 2 minutes) and tell us why you want to be a contestant on BETTER LUCK THAN CHUCK and why we should select you! Show us your horror collection or other unique things about you that prove to us that you are a diehard horror fan! What was the first horror movie you remember watching or what started your love of horror? Who would you take to HHN if you win? Or anything else you want us to know and that sets you apart! Let us see your personality in action! You must be IN the video. Do not send videos of your horror collection room or some other video WITHOUT you in it.

All eligibility determinations shall be made solely by Better Luck Than Chuck LLC (“Producer”) in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects.
Producer reserves the right to modify the eligibility requirements at any time.
Producer reserves the right at any time to render ineligible any person who Producer determines, in its sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the production, administration or distribution of Better Luck Than Chuck such that his or her participation in Better Luck Than Chuck could create the appearance of impropriety.
