CONTESTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
• You may have not been convicted of a felony in the past ten (10) years.
• Neither you nor any of your immediate family members or anyone living in your household may be nor have been within the past year, an employee, officer or director of any of the following:

1. Better Luck Than Chuck LLC
2. Scotchworthy Productions, Inc.
3. The Line Film Company
4. SKIB Productions LLC
5. Bloody Disgusting, LLC
6. Any known major sponsor of Better Luck Than Chuck
7. Any person or entity supplying prizes or services to Better Luck Than Chuck

• You must not be a candidate for public office nor become a candidate for public office until one (1) year after the initial broadcast of the last episode of Better Luck Than Chuck in which you appear.
• You must not have taped an appearance as a contestant or a participant on another publicly aired game show or a reality/competition show within one (1) year of January 1, 2024.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of Better Luck Than Chuck posted on the website. By submitting a contestant application form, you grant Better Luck Than Chuck LLC. permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information for the purposes of the Production.
